MERCHANT TAYLORS’ HALL, LONDON
ARRIVAL RECEPTION
12.15PM – 12:45PM
Guests are warmly invited to arrive between 12.15 - 12.45 at Merchant Taylors Hall, 30 Threadneedle Street, where you can find a cloakroom upon arrival for your convenience. Light welcome drinks will be available as you acquaint with the beautiful venue before the ceremony takes place at 1.00pm.
CEREMONY
1:00PM – 1:30PM
The Toastmaster, Richard Birtchnell will announce and guide guests to the Great Hall, where the ceremony will begin promptly at 1.00pm. Paul & Hedié will exchange vows and officially unite as Mr & Mrs Rhodes.
PRE-RECEPTION HOUR
2:00PM – 4:00PM
Join us in the historic cloisters & courtyard for an interlude following the ceremony. There will be a confetti entrance followed by light refreshments, photographs and of course, the tossing of the bride’s bouquet.
WEDDING FEAST, SPEECHES & CAKE CUTTING
4:00PM – 6:30PM
The toastmaster will announce and lead guests to the Great Hall for dinner, prepared by Selvamani Muthusamy and his talented chef team at Merchant Taylors Hall. A seating plan will be available and the ushers and bridesmaids will be on hand to help guide you to your table.
WEDDING PARTY
7:00PM
Following dinner and a short interlude, guests will meet again in the Great Hall for the newlywed’s first turn around the dancefloor to commence an evening of live music, dancing, drinks and a saxophonist DJ.
‘RECENA’
9:00PM
A glorious table of (Paul’s) breads and cheeses selected by Mike at The Cheeseboard of Greenwich will be laid should one feel a little peckish.
DEPARTURE & CARRIAGES
11:00PM – 11.30PM
As the night draws to a close with a last hurrah on the dancefloor, bid farewell to the newlyweds, and it’s home to bed for all.
